Help make this vision a reality

SINGLE DONATION

Donations by cash or cheque (payable to St Sampson's PCC No 2 Account) can be sent to Adina Grace, 24 North Wall, Cricklade, Swindon SN6 6DU, by hand or post.

Give online through Give as you Live:

REGULAR DONATION FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS (2024/25/26)

This spreads your donation over the next 3 years and helps us to plan. We can count your pledges in our fundraising total. Please fill in a standing order form (PDF) and return to Adina Grace.

IN MEMORIAM GIFTS

You might wish to fund a specific part of the church refurbishment in memory of a loved one. For example, a contribution to the seating, lighting or kitchen. We will record this gift in a donation record book.

INTEREST FREE LOANS

It was interest free loans that enabled us to fund the Nave roof repairs. You set the amount and time period. As we claim grants and VAT relief and fundraise throughout the project, we are able to repay the loans. This helps us raise the 50% we need for each phase so we can apply for grants.

DONATIONS OF STOCKS & SHARES, ART WORK, JEWELLERY ETC

To learn more about this method of support, please contact Adina. All enquiries will be treated in confidence.

To contact Adina Grace, please email admin@upperthames.org.uk

Leave a legacy for future generations in Cricklade

We understand that providing for your loved ones comes first when you are making a Will, but after they have been provided for, a legacy to St Sampson’s Church Appeal will ensure that our church continues to be at the heart of Cricklade now and in generations to come. In the next few years, we plan to make the church a flexible, warm, well-lit and welcoming space for worship, supporting the wider community and hosting concerts and events. The improvements will help us protect and enhance the historical features and beauty of our church.

Imagine walking into St Sampson’s Church … it’s bathed in light, warm and comfortable … it’s used throughout the year and the week for church and community activities … people feel good about going into the church and want to spend time enjoying its welcome, beauty and peace.

We cannot achieve this vision without significant fundraising income to help make it happen. Many churches are blessed with legacies during refurbishment projects – God uses all sorts of people to help make them happen. Please prayerfully consider leaving a legacy to help make this vision a reality.

Consider a Living Legacy

This is when a supporter chooses to give a significant gift now while they are still alive – that way you can see the difference your money makes, and it can be Gift Aided so it is worth even more. We can update you as the project progresses. We need significant donation income now to kick start the fundraising so we can then apply for grants and raise further donations.
